DJ Azonto’s management, the Rolls Royce Family, has raised concerns over the unauthorized use of his signature phrase “Alla” in Medikal’s trending single “Shoulder,” which features Shatta Wale and Beatztrap KOTM.
According to a statement issued by the team, the term forms a key part of DJ Azonto’s identity and brand.

“The term ‘Alla’, which forms part of DJ Azonto’s signature slogan ‘Alla Woyo’, has been a well-established part of his image, performances, and fan culture,” the statement said. The team described its use in “Shoulder” without credit, clearance, or collaboration as “an infringement of property and brand identity
The Rolls Royce Family is demanding $100 million in compensation, diamond chains, and other items to settle the matter amicably. They warned of possible legal action, stating: “Intellectual property is not for free use, especially in an industry where identity and originality are the cornerstones of success.”
